Transitioning from international architecture, founder Shirley brings structural discipline to the culinary world. A former Fox TV host and designer for brands like Dr. Martens, she merges 3D technology with traditional hand-sculpting and IICCT-certified flavor engineering to ensure mathematical perfection in every commission.
