A 50% deposit holds your date and starts the design. The balance is paid in full once you confirm the design.
Ordering Process:

Begin by contacting us with your request, be sure to included the following:
-Your story
-Number of guests
-Type of occasion
-Place of event
-Personal perferences (colour, favourite animal, flower, greetings)
-Food allergy
-Photos, pinterest (if any)
We would like to meet everyone in person to fully illustrate their story if time allows! But for those who are tight on time you may contact us by phone, email, whatsapp, and skype. We need a "subject" to begin our creation, tell us as much as you possible!

Once we receive you request, we will respond with initial design/ideas and a rough estimate.

If you agree to go ahead, we will provide a design for your review

Then we finalize the design and details. At this point, we require full payment as confirmation.

Once we have your confirmation, we will take care of the rest!

How do I order a bespoke cake?
Message us on WhatsApp (+852 6110 8967) or email info@sugarmehk.com with your date, guest count and the story behind your celebration. Shirley will design your cake and send you a personal quote.
How far ahead should I book?
Sculpted and bespoke cakes need at least 3 weeks' notice. Ready-to-go cakes from our shop need 3 days.
Do you deliver in Hong Kong?
Yes. Every cake is delivered by hand across Hong Kong, or you can collect it from our studio by appointment.
Do you make wedding and pet cakes?
Yes. We create wedding cakes, milestone celebration cakes and pet-friendly cakes for your furry family, each designed from scratch around your story.
How much does a bespoke cake cost?
Every cake is a one-of-a-kind commission, so each one is quoted individually once we understand your design.
How do I confirm my order?
Once you approve the design, full payment confirms your date.
Where are you based?
Sugar Me Kissery is a licensed cake studio in Hong Kong. Studio visits are by appointment.
